  • How Long Does It Take To Build A Home?

    ​Depending on the size of your home, site conditions, and many additional factors, we usually plan for between 8-12 months to complete construction.


  • What About The Price Range?

    ​We build homes ranging anywhere between the $400,000 to $1,000,000+ range. The majority of our projects come to market in the neighborhood of $450,000 to $750,000.

  • Do We have To Sell Our Home First?
